I recently had an acai bowl.
It's been a while since they became popular on social media, but I still crave them occasionally.
This time, I ordered from a new place in Shizuoka City called irikai Acai Bowl via Uber Eats.
What a convenient era we live in.
Back in the day, delivery meant Chinese food or soba noodles, but now you can get practically anything delivered.
Acai bowls are generally considered breakfast, but I always end up eating them as a snack...
Plus, the opening hours in Japan are pretty late.
They seem healthy, but surprisingly, they're quite high in calories.
Getting to eat fruits I don't usually buy makes me feel happy.
Actually, this shop has a matcha acai option, and I'd like to try that next time.

I’ve never had açai before. Is it more sweet or tart? I’ve heard it’s quite healthy.
返信削除Açaí itself has a very simple flavor. It's not particularly sweet or sour; it's closer to having no distinct taste. That makes it pair well with other fruits and honey. It's rich in vitamins and such, but it also seems to be high in calories...
