Last week, I went to Wakayama Prefecture.
Since it’s the season, there were many mandarin oranges being sold, and I have been enjoying them very much.
In February, there are many large-sized mandarins, and they have a fresh and juicy flavor.
Shizuoka mandarins are great, but Wakayama’s mandarins are also delicious.
Through taking this class, I really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts about food culture, and I learned a lot.
Many of the perspectives were completely different from my own, and I was able to hear much more diverse stories than I had expected.
Over the past few months, I found myself constantly looking for ideas while eating, trying new dishes, and thinking more deeply about the foods I usually eat.
I look forward to talking with all of you about food culture again someday.
Thank you very much.
