Making Hot dogs (Satoshi Fukao)

Last week, I made hot dogs at home. 
I’ve always loved the hot dogs from Doutor Coffee Shop, so I decided to try making my own version.

It was simple, but so satisfying — warm bread, juicy sausage, and plenty of ketchup.
Homemade hot dogs are great because you can easily customize them just the way you like.

Hot dogs became popular in the United States in the early 1900s because they were an easy and affordable street food.

I really enjoyed this little homemade café moment.
